Mission: To provide accurate up-to-date, and useful human resources (HR) information concerning management/employee issues, civilian personnel processes, and current job opportunities which will allow Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base to recruit and retain a high quality workforce.

HR Services: The Maxwell AFB Human Resources Office provides primary human resources support for some 2000 appropriated fund civilian personnel throughout Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex.  The diverse and complex organizations at the installation include Air University, 42 Air Base Wing, and other mission partner units including 908th Airlift Wing, 754th Electronic Systems Group, Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Air Force Historical Research Agency, 26 Networking Operations Group, USAF Behavioral Influence Analysis Center, USAF Culture and Language Center and USAF Logistics Management Agency.  Recruitment and HR servicing support all types of skills to include professions in education, science, engineering, computer science, data analysis, logistics, mathematics, accounting, aircraft maintenance, management, and administrative support.  Employment opportunities are posted at the following web site:
